Metin Özdamarlar; Kayseri’nin Develi ilçesinde doğdu. Çocukluğundan beri hayali öğretmen olmaktı. Hayalinin peşinden gitti. Anadolu Üniversitesi eğitim Fakültesi Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmenliği Bölümünden mezun oldu. Şimdi Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmeni olarak görev yapıyor. Eğlenceli Bilgi serisinde yüzbinlerce çocuğa ulaşan 15 adet kitabı yayınlanmıştır. On beş yaşından beri yazının ve yazmanın içinde… Yazmayı, okumayı, gezmeyi çok seviyor. Eğlenceli Bilgi serisini renklendirecek yeni kitaplar yazmaya devam eden yazarın, Asel ve Eslem isminde iki kızı bulunuyor.

He was born in the Develi district of Kayseri. Since childhood, his dream was to become a teacher. He pursued his dream. He graduated from the Department of Social Studies Education at Anadolu University’s Faculty of Education. He now works as a Social Studies Teacher. He has published 15 books in the Fun Facts series, which have reached hundreds of thousands of children. He has been involved in writing since he was fifteen years old. He loves writing, reading, and traveling. The author, who continues to write new books to add to the Fun Facts series, has two daughters named Asel and Eslem.
